We're looking for a highly motivated and talented Customer Service Agent to join Support Labs team. Your main responsibilities will be to act as a liaison between customers and our company and help them throughout their whole experience with us. We're a small team at Support Labs, be ready to get your hands dirty!

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
  • Pass on customers' feedback to keep improving our service

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language
  • Strong attention to details
  • Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Multitasking skills and good organizational abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of customer relationship management principles
  • Ability to work calmly under high-stress situations
  • Be patient
